The programme delivers a comprehensive transformation that moves SMEs beyond simple compliance to build an ethical culture rooted in Constitutional Values and Professional Service Excellence Standards. Small Business Start-up
This programme goes beyond basic business concepts. We facilitate the development of sustainable, compliant, and market-ready SMEs. We move entrepreneurs beyond the start-up phase, preparing them to successfully enter and add value to corporate and public sector value chains.
We will guide participants through the process, from idea to business plan, including personal mastery, identifying business opportunities, preparing a business plan, and utilising it. Furthermore, the programme includes post-training support to assist participants with some elements of the start-up phase.
This programme is offered both in-person and online. The in-person course, accredited by the QCTO as New Venture Creation, is designed for group participation and delivers an interactive, hands-on learning experience led by experienced facilitators. The course is conducted at our QCTO-approved training premises; however, an alternative venue of your choice may be considered, subject to certain conditions.
A minimum of five participants is required for the in-person course to commence, ensuring a collaborative and engaging learning environment. This format is perfect for those who thrive in face-to-face settings and value real-time interaction.
For those who prefer flexibility, the online version, while not accredited, offers a rich and engaging learning experience with access to dynamic content and interactive activities, allowing you to learn at your own pace, anytime and anywhere.

Career Launch: Mastering Work Readiness
Our Workplace Readiness programme functions as an institutional onboarding framework. This includes a basic understanding of the workplace environment, preparing for interviews, presenting oneself to prospective employers, and managing self and work activities. Additionally, the programme includes post-training support to assist participants as they transition into the workplace.
The programme is offered both in-person and online. The in-person course, accredited by the QCTO as Workplace Preparation, is tailored for groups and delivers an engaging, hands-on learning experience led by seasoned facilitators. Participants will be expected to attend the course at our QCTO-approved training premises; however, an alternative venue of the client’s choice may be considered, subject to certain conditions.
The in-person course requires a minimum of five participants to proceed, ensuring an interactive and enriching learning environment. This format is ideal for individuals who value face-to-face interaction, immediate feedback, and the dynamic atmosphere of a classroom setting.
The online format, while non-accredited, still provides a high-quality, interactive, and enriching learning experience, plus the added convenience of self-paced study at your own preferred time.
